What you will do
- Drive sales in the cluster and achieve the sales target set by the Cluster Manager
- Conduct sales pitch meetings to enroll farmers in Kheytis programs and meet enrollment targets
- Help cluster team expand to new districts
- Identify and onboard dealers to strengthen Kheytis sales capacity
- Support cluster manager in owning up P&L and preparing reports on the performance of the cluster
