What you will do

• Drive sales in the cluster and achieve the sales target set by the Cluster Manager
• Conduct sales pitch meetings to enroll farmers in Kheytis programs and meet enrollment targets
• Help cluster team expand to new districts
• Identify and onboard dealers to strengthen Kheytis sales capacity
• Support cluster manager in owning up P&L and preparing reports on the performance of the cluster
