We at common Ground practice, an architecture and design practice based out of New Delhi, India, are eagerly searching for an enthusiastic Chief of Staff  to join our team. 

You will directly work with the founder/principal architect, to help achieve all our administrative, financial and employee management goals. You would be responsible for overall office administration, Employee management, project proposals, project financials and follow ups with clients and on project leads.

We are looking for someone who is keen to grow with us and gladly take on various roles in the office.
